I know I said I'd concentrate on necklaces this month but the bracelets just keep happening. No rules when it comes to hobbies, though, so here it is..... The Glamour of Green. The sparkly fun of recycling even makes the froggy happy. (I guess it's no longer a secret that I have shamelessly hijacked my daughter's play-dough tray for a work surface.) Also, I thought I'd include another fun way to recycle....
I re-use mason jars for all sorts of kitchen tasks but my favorite is shaken iced coffee. It's not quite as glamorous as shiny jewelry but it's got its own hippie-chic charm and it's super handy. Chilled coffee, ice, creamer, a dash of cinnamon - put the lid on and shake away. If you need to run errands or you don't trust EITHER of your toddlers to leave it alone when you turn your head for one second (hypothetically, as usual), put the lid back on. Boo ya.
